Mladý futbalista Dionatan Teixeira zomrel v nedeľu 5.novembra. Ako informuje The Mirror, stalo sa to v jeho domácej Brazílii. Teixeira naposledy hrával za moldavský klub Sheriff Tiraspol. „Celý klub je šokovaný touto tragickou správou. Bolesť zo straty je obrovská,“ uviedli k smutnej správe. Športovec v lete odišiel domov a mal sa vrátiť späť do klubu.

Teixeira odohral osem zápasov za slovenskú reprezentáciu do 21 rokov. V Corgoň lige debutoval v apríli 2009 vo veku 16 rokov v drese MFK Košice. Stal sa tak najmladším legionárom v Corgoň lige. V rokoch 2014 až 2017 hrával za anglický Stoke City, kde prestúpil z Dukly Banská Bystrica. V roku 2013 prijal slovenské občianstvo. Mladík po sebe zanechal manželku a osemmesačnú dcérku.
